I think SC SiR has the right idea... Bigger injectors with NO fuel pressure riser... and then use electronics to bring the fuel into line for a proper idle....

Not that i had my big injectors im waiting for my electronics to come in this week... so i can install them all over the weekend... I'll post some results onces it's all running..

Holden - I went through the same BSFC math work awhile back and couldn't figure out how my stock injectors could manage. In addition to what rjaffey mentioned, the injectors can opperate above the 80% duty cycle for short periods of time and not shut down (like 20 or 30 seconds or something under WOT).

With my 8psi setup and the RC 310 injectors and Bosch pump (lots of volume even at high pressures) I only need to run around 60-70psi, any more and I run into overly rich mixture problems.

    Much love to the imports
